CREATING A PROJECT IN VISUAL BASIC

STEP 1:  From the Windows Start menu, choose Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition.

STEP 2: On the File menu, click New Project.

STEP 3:  Select Windows Application and click OK.
